Problem of Parts

The size of the steel ball is 8mm, which is not common with other products.

The motor and circuit board number of the lift module is MRL01-P1 P2. Please don’t make any mistake when you fill in replacement parts form.
Functional problems
- The lift module is stuck.
(1) The steel ball is too dry, please wipe the steel ball.
(2) If the gears F1 and F2 are not aligned with the gears P3 and P4, please disassemble and reassemble, ensuring F1 and F2 are assembled properly before removing P7.
(3) Check if P3 and P4 are assembled in the opposite direction.
2.The ball is stuck in the lift module.

② The ball is stuck in the lower part of the lift module: P11 is missing.
