Problems of Parts
- If the size of P15 is too longer, it is a mixture. Please contact customer service to re-issue the part.
- Two springs P20 may be inserted together to form one. Please check carefully.
Functional problems
- The light is not on and the product does not rotate.
① Check the assembling method: rotate the rhinoceros bettle clockwise after it is stuck on, and the head of the rhinoceros bettle always faces towards the switch.
② Batteries: the product requires 3 brand-new “AAA/LR03/AM4 1.5V” batteries, and must not be mixed with old batteries in use.
③ The touch switch is not clicked:
- The light is on but the product does not rotate.
① Check if the power switch is assembled in the opposite direction.
② Check if the motor and F1 are inserted half-circle to half-circle. The normal state is very loose but the abnormal state is very tight.
③ Check if the wing linkage is assembled incorrectly.
