Problem of Parts
  1. P34 P50:

  1. Built-in electric modifying device.

  1. F16 is an auxiliary tool: suitable for the gramophone record with a larger hole in the center.

  1. If you buy model No. LKB01 without “D”, it does not include electric modifying device, and you can only rotate by hand after assembling; If you need the electric mode, please contact rokronline@service.com to purchase.
Assembling Problems
  1. Assembly of limit speed adjustment turntable P35.

  1. Steel shaft must not be higher than the board.

  1. Press I2 completely to the end.

  1. Steel shaft needs to protrude and block the turntable E28 below.

Functional problems
  1. The product does not turn whether rotate by hand or by electricity.

(1) Rotate by hand:

① A2 is missing or assembled in the wrong position.

② Deterioration of the antiskid tube causes the rubber band to slip: replace an antiskid tube P34.

(2) By electricity:

① Insert in the wrong hole: insert in the bottom hole. The top hole is to assist in rotating after power on.

② Volume is too loud: Set initial volume to the the lowest level, and turn up after the product rotates slowly.

③ After power on, there is only sizzling sound, but the product does not rotate: there may be something wrong with the circuit board, please contact customer service to re-issue the part.

④ After power on, it is normal to wait for a while until the product rotates slowly.

⑤ The handle and some gears rotate but the gramophone record does not rotate: the antiskid tube is aging, please replace it;

Reduce the spacing between the ratchet and the rubber band as shown:

The rubber band falls off from the antiskid tube onto the steel shaft:

⑥ The product rotates too slowly: set the limit speed adjustment turntable to the highest.

  1. Sound problems.

① After power on, there is sizzling sound, but the product does not rotate: check if the power is connected to the circuit board; check if the switch is on; check if the volume is 0.

② After power on, the product rotates without sound: check if the terminals are plugged in tightly or in the wrong position:

Check if the sound is turned on;

Check if the wires of the pickup are plugged correctly: red wire is on top, and blue wire is at bottom.

③ Poor tone quality: the product is not a professional music equipment, so the sound quality can not be the same as the professional one. Any specific sound quality problems, please contact rokronline@sercive.com, and send a sound file for customer service staff.
