Functional Problems
- No rotation.
①Check if the brake lever is pulled into OFF position. (Check if H1 is engaged with gears.)
②Check if the gears are all engaged, and let the customer take a top view of all the gears.
③Loosen the screws a bit and test again.
④Check if the gears are all waxed, and if the shaft sleeves are pressed too tightly (feel the resistance by dialing the gears).
- The gears rotate smoothly, but the model does not run or does not run fast.
①Check if the bottom gears are assembled correctly and if the center gears are engaged.
②Check if the plastic gaskets P14 are assembled/ under-assembled/ missing.
③Gears should be waxed and lubricated frequently. They are not suitable for rough surfaces such as gravel roads and carpets.
