Functional Problems
- If the top ball-hitting sensor automatically adds scores, use a black pencil to paint the inner wall of the hole of the sensor P32.
- No reaction.
①Ensure that it is connected to the power supply.
②Check if the wire is broken, please contact customer service to re-issue P25.
3.There is no sound from the loudspeaker after being connected to the power supply, no response when you press the switch, and when you touch the ball-hitting sensor.
①Check if the connection of wires are tightly plugged.
Loudspeaker & center control
If the center control panel’s interface is damaged, and it is useless after replacing loudspeaker: please contact customer service to re-issue the loudspeaker P36 and the center control P39.
1.There is music played when adding scores, but no background music. Check if the switch is on. If the switch does not respond, please contact customer service to re-issue the switch P26.
2.The light is not on.
①Check if the installation wiring of the center control is properly and securely connected. If correctly installed, this indicates a problem with the center control. Please contact customer service to re-issue the corresponding center control.
②Check if the rear interface is tightly inserted. If it still isn’t on, please contact customer service to re-issue the light .

The lights keep flashing and the ball-hitting sensor automatically adds scores and frequently restarts. Or only one light is on.
3.Check if the power supply is 5V2A. If it doesn’t meet the requirement, it is not recommended to use a normal adapter either. Long-term use may damage the electronic components.
4.Check if it is being used in bright light. It is recommended to test it in the dark or cover it with a black cloth.
- Check if the connection of the wires are tightly plugged, if the track is assembled correctly, and if it has rubbed against the infrared monitoring.
6.Check if the P25DC wire has poor contact. Pull it by hand to see if it breaks. If the problem lies with the wire, please contact customer service to re-issue P25DC.
7.One or none of electromagnetic strikers are not responsive.
①Check if the nut P42 is loose and if the wires are connected correctly.
②Check if the product is responsive when it is turned on. If there is no response, please contact customer service to re-issue a center control.
If there is a response, remove the white wire, and touch it with other wires. If there is no response, please contact customer service to re-issue p39 center control and the electromagnet; if there is a sound effect but the ball does not bounce down, please contact customer service to re-issue the electromagnet.
8.The left and right hitting arms are not responsive and don’t run smoothly.
Solution:
①Press the left and right hitting arms repeatedly to make their parts to wear in with each other.
②Check if the screw P49 is tightened too much. Loosen it a little for testing.
③Check if P49 is assembled correctly. P49 should pass through the hole of P15.
④Check if J2 is pressed tightly. If it is not pressed tightly, the front will lift up and get stuck.
⑤Check if the screw P5 is tightened too much. Loosen it a little for testing.
⑥Check if P15 is fully waxed and lubricated, and if the steel shaft and shaft sleeve are assembled correctly. Do not press too tightly.
