Functional problems
- Power on test steps:
① Self-prepare power wire, applicable USB cable, input power: 5V1A 1. Click to start, the light is on or flashing, and the motor runs, music plays.
② Click again to stop music.
③ Long click to turn off the machine.
④ Self-stop program, music automatically stops after 10 minutes, and the lights are automatically off after 1 hour.
⑤ Blocking protection program: the first time to run the gear set is too dry will trigger the program, please click to restart.
- The motor does not rotate / The gear does not rotate / Rotation is stuck.
① Blocking protection program: the first time to run the gear set is too dry will trigger the program, please click to restart.
② check if the terminals are inserted reversely, wrongly or tightly (pinch the head of the terminals, and shake to disassemble in order to prevent wire breakage.)
③ Check if the gear is waxed sufficiently.
④ Check if H3 is waxed, and use a screwdriver to pick and check if it is stuck.
⑤ Check if the position of the upward mechanism is above the brown plastic column.
⑥ Check if the gear in front of the motor is stuck, click to start and turn J27 clockwise.
- No reaction.
① Check if the terminal cable is inserted into P10.
② Any parts malfunction: contact customer service to re-issue the parts.
