Functional problems
- The product can not be reversed: refer to page 7 of the instruction to use a screwdriver to hold the leaf blade, so that the two leaf blades can touch each other. Then slightly bend the leaf blades to ensure that C7 rotate to the bending position to hold the leaf blade, and the two leaf blades touch each other. 1. The product still won’t reverse after the two leaf blades contact, contact customer service to re-issue the part P14.
- 6 umbrellas go up and down at the same time:
① Check if the line left here is too long, and use the auxiliary tool to measure it to 11cm. Do not leave a line that is too long.
- The lines of the first three umbrellas must pass through from the bottom hole. If the lines pass through from the top hole, the lines will be wrapped around the center post during rotation, and one wrap around will result in not being able to fully reach the top.
③ Pass through the line at the position as shown from the hole on the side, and it cannot be left unpassed.
④ Before assembling the first three umbrellas, first screw the center pivot counterclockwise to the bottom.
