Parts Problem

Film size: width 24mm, length 600mm, 58 frames.

Hole: 4*4mm.
Hole spacing: 6mm

Process: Exposure (Positive)

Film on the picture length: 1.1cm, width: 0.5cm

Assembly Problem

1.The steel shaft is loose in Step 2 and Step 3.

Most steel shafts in this product are loose and will be fixed in subsequent steps.

Temporary looseness is normal. If it is not convenient to assemble, you can temporarily fix both sides of the steel shaft with a small piece of tape.

2.The handle is loose when assembled and rotated.

The handle will be fixed after assembling Parts D30, D31, and D32 in Step 10.

Functional Problem

1.The light does not work after assembly.

(1)Rotate the hand and check if the motor gear rotates from the side.

(2)Check if Part A18 is pressed fully.

(3)Check if A17 is missing.

2.The film does not rotate.

(1)Check if the bumps in Step 3 are stuck in the holes on both sides of the film.

(2) Check if the parts in Step 3 are assembled incorrectly.

(3) Check if the Steel Shaft P5 is missing.

(4)Check if the gears are engaged.

3.The image is inverted or reversed.

Check if the direction of the film is right.

4.The image is blurry.

(1)Project in a dark place as much as possible.

(2)Place as close to the wall as possible.

(3)Adjust the focus by poking the front part of the projector.

5.There is a black part in the middle of the image.

Check if the Steel Shaft P6 is assembled in place. The part of the steel shaft exceeding the bushing will block the light.
