Problem of Parts
1.Spare parts board：If any parts are damaged, locate Board 13 first.

Problems in the process of assembling
- B2 and B3 are loose when inserted on.
Glue them.
2.The direction of Part J’s and K’s acrylic surfaces cannot be wrong, otherwise it will cause ball jamming.
3.Part G9 and G17 are auxiliary tools to prevent the wooden board from being crushed.
- Part G13 cannot be inserted on and the hole is blocked.
Reason: Part B8 and B9 are not inserted in place.
5.①If the parts on board i1 and i2 are broken, it needs to be replaced.
②If the parts on the board i is not cut, it needs to be replaced.
6.Steel balls fall off when shaking the handle:
Reason: F1 is missing, so the balls cannot be blocked.
Ball jamming problem
- The steel ball is stuck at the entrance of the part h into the acrylic wheel disc and does not enter.
Solution: Send the correct assembly picture to explain to the customer that both sides need to be inserted in place. A29 is inserted onto B34 and B39, and then inserted this whole part onto the base. This operation is not easy, please be patient.
2.The steel ball falls out at the acrylic disc:
Solution: B5 needs to be inserted in place.
3.The steel ball is stuck inside the diversion device.
Reason: The bushing is pressed too tightly.
Solution: The bushings at both ends should be flush with the steel shaft.
- The steel ball does not run separately at the Part q diversion device and only goes one way.
Reason:①Part B23 is not pressed fully.
②The direction of B23 is reversed when the Part q is assembled on the base.
- The ball is stuck at this curve position.
Reason: The board is deformed.
